Bonaire is situated in the north of Mallorca (just outside the old town of Alcudia) in a small residential area situated on the headland between the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia. The villa is about half way up the hillside in a quiet road which backs onto open land mainly covered with fir trees.  There is a harbour at Bonaire with a bar/restaurant and a local supermarket, several beaches close by which look out onto the bay of Polllensa.

Old Alcudia set within old castle ruins is only a 10min walk from the villa and is between Bon Aire and Pollensa. Here you have the small cobbled streets with restaurants and shops for you to explore. This area is open all year and offers a twice weekly market on a Tuesday and a Sunday and as you wander away from the market square there is a  feel for the traditional Spanish life on your doorstep.

The villa which was completly renovated 18 months ago has two large twin bedroom with built in wardrobes, one shower and one bathroom, a lovely open plan lounge dining room, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, (washing machine in the garage) and 2 large terraced area at the back to allow you to eat out or sit quietly relaxing. There are central heating radiators in all the rooms so that the villa can be used all year round as well as air conditioning units in both bedrooms for the warmer summer months.

I love this terrace area, we eat all our meals out here, we especially enjoy cooking outside and entertaining friends. There is also a large terraced area below in the garden which is great for BBQ's

The large open plan living area makes a great place to sit quietly and read a good book. In the winter time it is a warm cosy room to settle back  to watch television or listen to music. There is a dining table which seats six and two large patio doors which lead onto the back terrace.
